Founded in December, 2001, Fuzhou Jiajia Foods Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company, with total investment of US$1.45 million. In February 2003, we formally put the factory into operation. In order to further expand production, we purchased 20 acres of land in 2005, in Jinshan Industrial District, Fuzhou to build a new plant, which was completed in 2007.

We are specialized in sorting, packaging and slicing all kinds of edible fungus, canned fungus and dehydrated vegetables. All products are sold overseas, and Japan is our major exporting market. Our production capacity is 850 tons dried mushroom, 700 tons canned mushroom, and 40 tons dehydrated vegetables.

Factories and workshops are in strict accordance with relevant state laws. We have sorting and edible fungus small packaging workshop (including dehydrated vegetables), dry edible fungus products slicing workshop, as well as edible fungus canning workshop.

We introduced advanced production line of canned edible fungus and dry edible fungus from Japan. Canned edible fungus lines are: Automatic washing machine, Hair removal machine, 4 sets of Sandwich cooking pots, 1 set of Automatic vacuum-sealing machine, 1 set of Metal detector, and 1 set of High temperature and high pressure sterilization equipment; dry products key testing equipment are: X-Ray machine (detecting slice products), 5 sets of Metal detectors; key production equipment are: 2 sets of Electrostatic sorting machines, 4 sets of slice machines, and 2 sets of Microwave drying equipment.

We have two laboratories, equipped with water testing equipment, micro-organisms testing equipment, sulfur dioxide testing equipment, pesticide residues testing equipment as well as other related equipment.

In order to ensure quality and safety of exported products and constantly adapt to new developments and needs, we have established four edible mushroom raw material production bases to strengthen the source of product management, to ensure that our company can provide a steady flow of raw materials with high quality security.

Our company has 130 employees, of whom 20 are managers, 5 are employees with university degree. We have passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification and HACCP food quality and safety management system certification.

Through continuously improving the quality of exported products and the overall safety level, following laws and regulations, making unremitting efforts to implement and improve quality and food safety management system, we are aiming at providing customers with quality, security, and rest assured products.
